General Manager

maryMary has been our general manager since January 1998. A Wilson College grad, she oversees our operations, personnel, accounting, and maintenance of our facility. She is always available to answer any questions you may have about ROG Orthodontics.

A transplant from the Harrisburg area, Mary enjoys a walk through the shady parks of Wyomissing, a good book, and a good laugh. She and her husband Joe have two children who live in awesome cities: Washington, DC and Austin, Texas.


Beth photo for websiteWith more than 30 years in orthodontics, Beth brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. She wears several different hats at ROG Orthodontics. Knowing good communication is the key to all successful relationships, Beth is always available to answer questions about anything related to your orthodontic experience. Educated and informed parents and patients enhance the orthodontic process for everyone involved. Beth especially enjoys the opportunity to meet new patients and their families. She feels blessed to know we make lives better every day, one fantastic smile at a time!

Time away from the office is busy with a large extended family. Beth enjoys spending volunteer time giving back for several causes close to her heart. When spare time can be found, travel tops her list of favorite activities, but time spent with family, friends, and grandkids is priceless.


Administrative Assistant

cheryl-admin-assistCheryl began her career at ROG Orthodontics in January 1980. She left us for a short time after the birth of her son but returned in June 1984. One of her many responsibilities consists of keeping the lines of communication open between ROG and your dentist. Your dentist is always updated on your ongoing treatment thanks to Cheryl.

On weekends in the warmer weather months, Cheryl can be found at an occasional car show displaying her husband’s completely restored Mustang, gardening at home, or spending time in Lititz with her first grandson, Brayden.


Financial Coordinator

sandySandy has been part of the ROG team since 2015. She has worked in the dental field for more than 30 years because she loves seeing the difference in orthodontics makes in a person’s self-esteem.

Sandy lives in a busy house with her husband, two children and grandson. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending her son’s and grandson’s sporting events and vacationing at the beach.

Stacy S.

Insurance Coordinator

stacyStacy joined the ROG team as a scheduling coordinator in 2012, bringing with her twenty years of administrative dental experience. Now her focus is on dental insurance and she is happy to answer your questions about your coverage. In addition to being our insurance coordinator, Stacy is our IT go-to girl, and can often be found running around the office or on the phone with tech support, making sure our systems are running as they should be. Stacy is proud of the quality of the services provided here at ROG, from our incredibly talented doctors to our awesome technology and customer service.

Stacy has been married since 2012 to her wonderful husband, Patrick. Originally from New Jersey, they moved to the area in 2009. Stacy’s hobbies include reading, hiking, baking, crafting, and traveling.


Orthodontic Dental Technician

kevinKevin is one of our senior lab technicians and has more than 30 years at ROG constructing the finest quality of orthodontic appliances in the area.

On weekends, Kevin can be found at the Banana Factory in Bethlehem, PA, where he is a resident jewelry artist. He shares a studio with his wife Valerie, and teaches classes in jewelry making through the use of traditional goldsmithing techniques. Kevin lives with his wife and daughter Emilie outside Lenhartsville, PA.


Orthodontic Dental Technician

davidDavid is the “quiet” half of our lab’s Dynamic Duo. Labeled as the “new guy” in the lab, he has only been with us since September 1987. We occasionally see David roaming the halls, but most of his time at ROG is spent working quite inconspicuously (with that other guy) making orthodontic appliances.

When not at his day job, David leads an active life skiing, mountain biking, playing tennis, and swimming (not necessarily in that order).


Records Technician

tracyA certified X-ray technician, Tracy joined ROG in 1993 and is one of the first people you meet when you start as a new patient. She always has a smile ready to help put our patients at ease. Known as ROG’s “personal photographer,” she will take your digital photos and X-rays. Trained as an orthodontic assistant, Tracy also helps out in our treatment room or at the front desk.

Tracy’s passion is shopping: You may be able to spot her and her two terrific daughters, Aly and Laney, strolling the malls, yard sales, or cheering on their dad, Bart, during the summer at Maple Grove Raceway.


Scheduling Coordinator

ellenOriginally from Downingtown, Ellen started her orthodontic career in 1989. Within a few years she relocated to Lancaster County and we have been fortunate to have her on our front desk team since April 2000. You can hear the smile in her voice when she assists you with your scheduling needs.

When outside of ROG, Ellen enjoys being creative inside her home and outside in her garden. Antiquing, art, painting, reading, and walking are some of hobbies, and living in Lancaster County gives her plenty of area to roam! She enjoys spending time with her daughter and son-in-law, Daria and Taylor, who live in Lititz, and her son Joe and his girlfriend, Noelle, who live in Lancaster City. Keeping up with her four-legged kids, Sofie, Rexy, and Darnell, keeps her fit!


Scheduling Coordinator

debbieA member of the ROG family since 2013, Debbie came to us with 14 years of orthodontic front desk experience. She loves greeting patients and getting to know them. Debbie finds it rewarding to see our patients smiles when their braces come off.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband Ed, especially to the Caribbean. She also likes antiquing, cooking, and being with her grandchildren, who are the “joys of her life.” Debbie and Ed have five grown children and four adorable grandchildren.

tammyTammy has been a part of ROG since 2015, but working in the dental field since 1977! Her passion is working with patients, the team and the doctors. Most importantly, she loves the culture and atmosphere at ROG.

She currently enjoys spoiling her five cats (“fur children”). She loves to travel and her favorite place to visit is Disney World. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening and counted cross stitch.

melissaOn August 2016, Melissa joined the ROG team and began her career in the field of dentistry. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and sharing life experiences with her patients.

Melissa has been happily married to her husband for 21 years and have three children, Connor, Kaylee and Ainsley. She loves to camp with her family, take trips to the beach and take walks in the evening. Enjoying a good book is also a favorite way to unwind.


Scheduling Coordinator

mollyMolly has been scheduling appointments, helping answer parents’ questions, and putting smiles on patients’ faces since 2015, and has been working with ROG since 2017. She loves talking with the patients and ensuring they have an excellent experience with ROG. She loves how professional, helpful, and caring this team is. She loves how everybody is working hard towards the same goal, which is to provide excellent care for our patients.

Molly is married to her wonderful (and handy!) husband Jared. She has a Husky named Maggie, and a grumpy old cat named Jaggy. She enjoys being outdoors, especially in the garden.


Front Office Coordinator

staceyAfter joining our FANTASTIC team in March 2011 as a scheduling coordinator, Stacey moved into a treatment coordinator position in 2012. Currently, she splits her time between the exam side and the front desk. She is a Millersville University grad who earned a Bachelor of Science in business with a concentration in marketing. Stacey enjoys working together with her patients and the ROG team to create fantastic smiles.

Born in Germany but raised in Ephrata, Stacey is a self-professed soccer mom. When Stacey and her husband Jonas aren’t chauffeuring their two younger children to sporting events or visiting their older son at Temple University, they love to relax at the beach and go camping.


Treatment Coordinator

cristinaAs a former sixth grade teacher, Cristina loves to share her knowledge by effectively communicating with and educating our new patients about their orthodontic care. She joined ROG in 2014 as both a treatment coordinator and Smile for a Lifetime coordinator. The latter allows her to work with members of the community to improve the smiles of those in need. Cristina has enjoyed learning everything she can from our brilliant doctors and appreciates their passion about everything they do.

Cristina enjoys spending time with her husband, who is a pastor and licensed professional counselor, and their two young children. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, hiking, and DIY-ing anything she can get her hands on!


Treatment Coordinator

karenKaren has been working in the orthodontic field since 2006, joining the ROG team in 2014. Karen enjoys working with doctors who truly care about their patients and she loves being able to play a part in helping patients get the fantastic treatment and smiles they deserve.

In her free time, Karen likes to spend time with her husband and two children. In the warmer months she can be found walking to the playground or running through beautiful Wyomissing. Karen is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys finding ways to make baking healthy


Treatment Coordinator/Orthodontic Assistant

NicoleWhen she joined the practice in 2011, Nicole came to us with a 20-year background in retail before returning to school for a second career in dental assisting. She loves orthodontics! Lucky us! Seeing how thrilled patients are with their fantastic smiles is the most rewarding part of her ROG day.

Nicole and her husband Scott are the proud parents of two energetic daughters. The family enjoys vacations in the OBX, kayaking, and playing tennis, as well as time spent at the pool during the summers. Family, friends, and shopping keep Nicole busy when down time can be found.


Treatment Coordinator

pamHaving joined us in February 2013, Pam is happy to be a part of the ROG team. She was a former patient and is very proud of her five awesome kids who were ROG patients as well! Pam looks forward to greeting friendly faces with fantastic smiles at the front desk and she loves meeting patients and parents as a Treatment Coordinator.

Pam enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves the outdoors, movies, traveling, reading, and painting. Her favorite places to visit are Cape Cod and Marco Island, Florida.


Treatment Coordinator

jenJen joined our practice in 2000. After taking time off to start a family, she has returned to ROG at our Douglassville office. We’re thrilled that this busy mother of two growing boys is once again part of our team.

Jen’s husband Tim is the pastor of Parker Ford Church in Pottstown. As a pastor’s wife, involvement with church and their ministry takes up much of her time. Jen loves summer, traveling, and vacationing at the beach with family.


Sterilization Technician

traceyMeet our own “Mrs. Clean,” who joined the ROG team in August 2000. Tracey is in charge of keeping our sterilization procedures within the guidelines set forth by OSHA. Since she’s always willing to give the orthodontic assistants a helping hand, they don’t know what they ever did without her.

Tracey graduated from Weidner University, and enjoys spending time with her husband Harry and their two sons, Andrew and Chris. Some of her favorite pastimes include walking, shopping, reading, and of course, “cleaning her house” (just kidding).

carolA former Boyertown resident, Carol has been an integral part of ROG Orthodontics since 1982 after her graduation from Berks Vo-Tech with a certification in dental assisting. As one of the senior members of our staff, Carol has seen many new technological changes over the years that keep her work as a chairside assistant challenging and fun. Even after all her years straightening teeth, she still finds it exciting when patients of every age finish treatment and another fantastic smile leaves ROG. The best part of her job? The people!

An accomplished cake decorator, Carol resides in the Oley Valley with her husband Bryan and daughter Jessica. When the need for speed arises, she may be spotted zipping around Berks County on her prized radical red Harley. The shore or the peaceful mountains of Potter County are favorite destinations for family getaways.


Orthodontic Assistant

CherylOne of our top senior assistants and seasoned veterans, Cheryl is an important component in why ROG Orthodontics sets the standard in orthodontic excellence, which makes us the best in Berks County. A valued member of the ROG family since 1988, Cheryl contributes a wealth of experience, knowledge, and unsurpassed clinical skill to the ROG Orthodontics team.

Cheryl is the proud mother of two boys and one stepson who keep her schedule busy outside of the office. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling when she gets the chance, preferably to any beach.


Orthodontic Assistant

wilmaCertified from Ponce Paramedical College as a dental assistant, Wilma is a great addition to our staff. She joined ROG in August 2001 and offers each patient a bright smile and encouraging conversation, as well as pitching in as a translator for our Spanish-speaking patients.

Keeping warm is a top priority for Wilma (it’s much colder here than her native Puerto Rico), but she also enjoys yoga, reading, jogging, and spending time watching movies with her family.


Orthodontic Assistant

amishaAt the time she joined ROG in May 2009, Amisha brought a wealth of dental experience. Having worked in the dental field since 1999, she is a graduate of Ephrata High and the Lancaster County CTC.

Amisha and her husband Jason have been together for 20 years and have three wonderful sons: Jas, Kyle, and Lucas. She spends a lot of time at the race track where her husband and two older sons race micro sprints. Amisha enjoys shopping and hanging out with her children. On the weekends, she can be found riding ATVs, camping, swimming, and going to the beach or mountains with her family.


Orthodontic Assistant

kimKim started her career at ROG in 1993 as an orthodontic assistant and now wears many hats! She is a certified school bus driver who drives our Smiles in Motion bus, and can also be found answering phones. If her smiling face looks familiar, Kim works at D&J Sandwich shop, which she owns with her husband Teddy.

Kim is the mom of two boys, Travis and Jack. Travis is a graduate of Penn State and a member of the PBA. Jack is a senior at Conrad Weiser High School and also a bowler. In her spare time, Kim loves to read and bowl.


Orthodontic Assistant

wendyWendy has been with ROG for a total of 16 years. She started in 1984, took time off to raise her beautiful family, and rejoined the team in 2005. We were certainly glad to have her back! Wendy provides gentle patient care and chairside assisting, as well as scheduling our patients’ future visits. Her favorite experience is to see our patients’ self-esteem rise when their braces come off and they have a fantastic smile. Wendy loves being a part of a top-notch office where our patients are number one!

Wendy has two children, both graduates of Kutztown University. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, her husband, and their two dogs. She likes sewing and quilting as leisure activities.

Nicole_SNicole became a member of our team in 2011. She works as an orthodontic assistant, so she helps the doctors create beautiful smiles for our patients. She is also an OSHA committee member, which means she makes sure our office exceeds the safety requirements set by the government. Nicole’s friendly, smiling face puts patients of all ages at ease. There is nothing more she likes to see than a happy, smiling patient!

Nicole loves her husband Ryan and her beautiful son Dominic. She enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, doing Zumba, and watching scary movies!

When she is not working, Hope enjoys spending time with her husband Jason, and their two daughters, Tegan and Bailey. In her free time, she loves horseback riding and baking.

sarahAfter attending Harrisburg Area Community College and Harcum Colleges for dental assisting, Sarah started her ROG career in March 2012. She enjoys working with her patients and helping to create fantastic smiles!

Sarah and her husband Joe got married in October 2011 and bought their first home in 2013. They had their first child in June 2014! They adore their Chocolate Lab, Tex, and their cat, Butterz. Sarah loves to sing, dance, and act. She enjoys keeping healthy by running and she is passionate about her love of God, family and friends.


Orthodontic Assistant / Records Technician

taniaTania graduated from Berks Technical Institute in May 2013 and joined ROG shortly thereafter. She meets with many of our new patients to take their records, photos, and X-rays. She also works alongside the doctors during adjustments, and helps patients achieve their new, fantastic smiles. Tania enjoys our doctors’ sincerity and generosity, and is happy to be a part of a team that is really more like family!

In her free time, Tania enjoys shopping, dancing, and singing. Visiting the Eiffel Tower in Paris is on her to-do list!
